In the event of cancellation by the couple, Viva Wows Event Management company retains all payments received and no refunds will be issued. We kindly ask for notification of cancellation as soon as possible to allow for necessary adjustments. We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we remain committed to providing support and alternative solutions wherever possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation

Service Date Rescheduling:
Service date rescheduling is permissible free of charge within the same calendar year as the original service date.
Note: Rescheduling service date is based on availability from our vendors.

Wedding Date Rescheduling:
Wedding date rescheduling is permissible free of charge within the same calendar year as the original wedding date.
Note: Rescheduling Civil or Muslim (Nikah) Court wedding date is based on availability from the court.

We had such a wonderful experience with Viva Vows! We chose their Platinum Wedding Package, and from beginning to end, the entire process was smooth, organized, and completely stress-free. Definitely ask for NORA — she is the BEST! ❤️ She was incredibly proactive, attentive, and helpful throughout the whole process. From our civil marriage application and booking our wedding date to supporting us on the wedding day and afterward, she made us feel like everything was always under control. The Platinum Package included hair and makeup, court photography, bouquet and boutonniere, marriage certificate support, and MOFA attestation, which made everything so convenient. Alia Makeup was absolutely AMAZING! My hair and makeup were beautiful and lasted perfectly throughout the entire wedding day, even with the Abu Dhabi heat and humidity. She was professional, talented, and made me feel so beautiful on such a special day. 💄✨ Our bouquet and boutonniere were gorgeous, and our court photographer was fantastic — so friendly, relaxed, and easygoing. He made us feel completely comfortable in front of the camera and made posing feel natural and fun. Such a great team to have by your side for one of the most important days of your life!
