At Viva Vows Events Management, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. As such, we have implemented the following refund policy to clarify our procedures regarding cancellations and refunds:
No Refunds Policy:
Once a down payment or full payment is received for any service booked through our website or through our booking channels, it is non-refundable under normal circumstances. This is because we initiate the service immediately upon receiving payment, which often involves engaging suppliers and vendors on your behalf.
Wedding Reception Cancellation / Refund Policy
- In the event of cancellation by the Clients, the down payment is non-refundable.
- If cancellation occurs within 20 days of the wedding date, the Clients are responsible for paying the full remaining balance.
Exceptions for Cancellations Within 24 Hours:
In rare cases where a client requests to cancel an order within 24 hours of making the payment, and the service typically requires 2 days to 30 days to complete, we may be able to issue a refund of 80% to 100% of the amount paid, depending on the specific circumstances of the case. This is subject to review and approval by our management team.
Services Completed Within a Day:
For services that can be completed within a day or less, such as certain event coordination tasks, no refunds will be provided. However, clients will have the option to reschedule the service for a later date, subject to availability.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. However, please note that refunds are issued at the discretion of Viva Vows Events Management and are subject to review on a case-by-case basis.
